Pure Pest Control was started due to our customers becoming tired of their local pest control companies being purchased by national franchise companies and consequently, the level of service declining to a point that no longer satisfied their needs. They felt they had become just a number to a sales team and quickly noticed more pest issues, lowered response times, complicated phone prompts and confusing billing systems.
We want to develop personal relationships with our clients and provide a level of service above and beyond the competition.
One of our partners has owned and operated a local landscape design, build and maintenance company for over 30 years and fully understands what Southwest Florida clients demand in terms service expectations as well as depth of knowledge pertaining to our unique environment.
Another partner has been working in the pest control business for over 12 years and fully understands both the pest control side of the business and the importance of strong client relationships.
